Rise Adventure & Wellness Solutions is dedicated to offering a variety of bootcamp workout classes to ensure that everyone can find one that fits their needs. Our fitness programs combine both cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Our goal is to provide a safe, intimate and supportive environment to encourage life-long participation and adherence to physical activity.

Our bootcamps will be a maximum of 12 participants. This allows us to ensure that all exercises and moves are beneficial and suitable for all the participants. Further, our classes will include the use of your personal body weight, free weight and some small portable equipment. This allows us to be creative and versatile with our workouts, and fosters independence in fitness outside of our sessions.

Beginner Bootcamp

If you are new to workout classes or looking to get involved in another, this is the class for you! This bootcamp style class will teach you basic training techniques to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. This unique class will give you the skills to get a full body workout without stepping foot in a gym.

 


Fitness Foundations - Rise Fitness - Victoria Fitness

Fitness Foundation

This fitness class will help you learn the basics of working out, teach you the most beneficial way for you to spend your time working out, and give you the tools to be able to continue this kind of exercise in the comfort of your own home. Join us for this 60 minute class using small portable equipment and our own body weight to get a full body workout every time.

 


Farm Bootcamp Workkouts - Rise Fitness - Victoria Fitness

Fitness on the Farm Bootcamp

Come out to one of our beautiful equestrian facilities and get fit while enjoying fresh air. This class will focus on an introduction to cardiovascular and strength training with a focus on meeting recommended physical activity levels and improving daily functioning. It will also include core strength and balance exercises that are beneficial for equestrians and their non-equestrian counterparts! Participants will learn proper technique, injury prevention and general fitness education.

Stand Up Paddle Bootcamp

Session #1 – July 8, 15, 22 & 29
Session #2 – August 5, 12, 19 & 26

This 60 minute class will give you a full body workout on a paddle board. No Stand-Up Paddle experience required, participants of all ages and levels welcome! Receive a 15% discount when you sign up for the whole session! Class runs from 6:45-7:45pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get fitted with the right size board and paddle.


Family Bootcamp Workouts - Raws

Family Bootcamp

On hold until our minimum number of registrants is reached – It’s time to get the whole family out together to have fun while getting a full body workout. This means Mom & Dad, all the kids and why not Grandma and Grandpa!  Our instructors have designed this class to ensure that all exercises have multiple variations so they can be completed by those of all ages and skill levels.
